== General principles == * Use images only when they add context or clarity to an article. * Each image should have a clear purpose, such as identifying a subject, illustrating an event, or showing a design element. * Avoid cluttering articles with unnecessary or repetitive images. * All images must follow fair use and copyright rules. * All images uploaded to [[commons:Main Page|Wikimedia Commons]] can be directly used on this wiki. ** To use a Commons image, copy and paste the file name from Commons into a normal file link. This only works if the file name is exactly matching what is on Commons and there is not a file uploaded to this wiki with the same file name. ** Example: <nowiki>[[File:Daniel_howell_2018_dapg.png|thumb|Daniel Howell, 2018]]</nowiki> produces the image to the right. [[File:Daniel_howell_2018_dapg.png|thumb|Daniel Howell, 2018]]
